Order Processing
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible however we are currently dealing with a high capacity of orders so please note that order processing may take up to 7 working days.
We supply our products all around Canada.
Standard delivery by airmail about 20cad per 1 product shipment. Products with no promotion are still shipped free of charge. We will communicate more detailed prices along the purchase. The item(s) will be shipped to the address given by the customer. Yet, in some locations this is not possible and the purchase(s) will be delivered to the nearest post office.
Delivery times
Standard delivery time for stock items is about 5-7 working days within Canada, up to 7-10 working days in some more remote locations, depending on the destination. We use CanadaPost and Canpar etc.
Order completion time for custom-made alpaca fur products is up to 12 weeks within Canada, up to 14 weeks to some remote destinations. However, we will always give this info when making the purchase. Please contact us to receive a more detailed delivery time for custom made purchases.
We will notify you of the delay by email and send you of the anticipated date we expect to ship your purchase, if the product you are interested in is temporarily out of stock. Our web-shop indicates stock availability and lead times, however this information shall be regarded as to have only indicative and not binding value. We do not hold ourselves responsible and do not issue any form of compensation for any delays in the shipping. Lost items are compensated by ALPAKA only if the fault lies on the seller and not if the fault lies on the shipper – refund is done only when the purchase/package is delivered back to ALPAKA.
